Mexican food with Yasbenia: Guacamole

Serving 4


4 avocados
½ white onion (medium)
2 red or green chili peppers
1 lime
1 pinch of fresh coriander
1 tsp. Salt


Separate the avocado pulp from the skin and make it puree, chop the onion and the chili peppers and put it all in a bowl, add lime juice, coriander, salt and mix well.
