Mexican with Claudia – Chilli piquin salsa

serves 4

INGREDIENTS: Tbsp : Tablespoon  Ts : Teaspoon

4 medium size tomatoes

30 gr chili piquin powder  *buy

1 onion finely sliced

2 tablespoons oil (sunflower oil I recommend)




  • Mix the 4 tomatoes in a blender,
  • In a pan with the sunflower oil fry the onion, pour the tomatoes and the chilli piquin, let it to boil and it is ready to serve.
