Mexican with Claudia – Green salsa

serves 4

INGREDIENTS: Tbsp : Tablespoon  Ts : Teaspoon

1 can green sauce *buy

1 onion finely sliced

2 tablespoons oil (sunflower oil I recommend)

2 serrano chillies (if you wish to have a strong salsa) *buy


  • Pour the green salsa in a pan and warm it for a couple of minutes


  • In a pan with the sunflower oil fry the onion, poor the green salsa and and the serrano chilli  let it to boil and it is ready to serve.
