Venezuelan Cuisine with Adriana – Tartare sauce

Serve : 10-12  

INGREDIENTS: ts = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon 


200 g coriander 

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp fresh parsley 

1 ts mustard 

1 spring onion 

¼ onion chopped

1 garlic clove 

2 ts vinegar 

1 tbsp olive oil 

½ tbsp lemon juice

Salt and black pepper



  • Chopped all the herbs and onions  and placed them in a bowl

  • Then mix all the ingredients in the blender to get a smooth sauce

  • Serve with the Tequeños as a dip.
