INGREDIENTS: ts = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon
Ingredients
200 g coriander
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1 ts mustard
1 spring onion
¼ onion chopped
1 garlic clove
2 ts vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tbsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper
PREPARATIONS:
- Chopped all the herbs and onions and placed them in a bowl
- Then mix all the ingredients in the blender to get a smooth sauce
- Serve with the Tequeños as a dip.
