Dulari came from Sri Lanka to Norway 19 years ago. Her specialty is fusion, using Srilankan/Asian spices to make western dishes, and vice versa. She especially likes working with fish, and has a signature dish of Srilankan rice with curry in Dulari style. For everything she cooks, she always adds a bit of her mom’s secrets as she remembers from childhood.

Dulari now has two lovely teenagers, and a cute jackrussel mix called Charlie at home. She is also an avid runner.
