Jacqueline (Jackie) has been living and working in Stavanger since the 90s. She was born in Yorkshire in England and was taught to bake by her Grandma, who was the cook at the local school. She likes to bake for friends and family and especially enjoy teaching children to bake. She has worked at the British School here in Stavanger and now work as a tourist guide. Her passion is for home baking in a farmhouse style as she grew up in a small rural village surrounded by farms and local markets. She enjoys passing on traditional recipes and also like to experiment with new tastes with influences coming from all around the world.
