Knut is a young chef from Sandnes with already 10 years of experience from different hotels, restaurants, catering engagements and events. In 2009 he started working as a chef offshore for Sodexo on Norwegian continental shelf and continued with part time jobs at Fish Market in Stavanger, private events or helping out at restaurants at his time off. In 2013 he went to Australia to learn and share. During one year he worked in a number of restaurants, mainly in Sydney and Cairns.
